Airports we serve
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) is our primary pickup hub — Terminals 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E and 2 all covered, with dispatch visibility on both Arrivals and Departures. Wilson Airport is the domestic and charter hub, where most onward safari flights to Maasai Mara, Amboseli, and Samburu depart. Both are covered 24/7.
What's included in every transfer
Meet-and-greet at Arrivals with a name board. Flight tracking so we adjust for early or late arrivals. A 60-minute post-landing grace period for customs and baggage. Bottled water. Wi-Fi where the vehicle supports it. Phone chargers. A fixed price quoted up front — no surge, no pricing changes if Nairobi traffic misbehaves.
Fixed pricing by zone
Pricing is zoned by destination (Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Karen, CBD, Gigiri, Lavington, Runda, etc.) and vehicle class. Request a quote and you receive a firm number — not a range — before you book. Corporates on monthly accounts see the same zone pricing on their statements.
Meet-and-greet, step by step
Your chauffeur monitors your flight and positions at the airport ahead of touchdown. Once you clear customs at JKIA, walk out to Arrivals — your name will be on a board. We take luggage to the car, confirm the destination, and you are moving within minutes of stepping outside.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Flights change. We include a 60-minute grace period after your scheduled landing time at no charge. If the flight is delayed beyond that, we absorb the first hour and then charge a modest waiting fee. If the flight is diverted or cancelled, we re-dispatch for the replacement itinerary at no additional fee.
Vehicle selection
For a single executive or couple, the Mercedes E-Class is the standard. For a family or small group, the V-Class or Toyota Alphard give everyone room for luggage. For VIP movements or wedding arrivals, the S-Class. For upcountry continuation or delegation groups, Prado or V8.
Popular routes
JKIA to Westlands and JKIA to Upper Hill are the two most-requested routes for corporate travellers. JKIA to Karen is the longest common transfer. JKIA to CBD covers most major hotels. Gigiri pickups are common for UN, embassy, and diplomatic arrivals. Each route has a dedicated page with timing and pricing guidance.
