Airport Transfers in Nairobi

Flight tracking, meet-and-greet at Arrivals, fixed transparent pricing, and a chauffeur who knows every route from JKIA to your door — however unpredictable Mombasa Road, Likoni, or Thika Road is today. Whether you are flying through Jomo Kenyatta International or Wilson Airport, an airport transfer in Nairobi should remove friction, not add it. That is what we do.

Airports we serve

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) is our primary pickup hub — Terminals 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E and 2 all covered, with dispatch visibility on both Arrivals and Departures. Wilson Airport is the domestic and charter hub, where most onward safari flights to Maasai Mara, Amboseli, and Samburu depart. Both are covered 24/7.

What's included in every transfer

Meet-and-greet at Arrivals with a name board. Flight tracking so we adjust for early or late arrivals. A 60-minute post-landing grace period for customs and baggage. Bottled water. Wi-Fi where the vehicle supports it. Phone chargers. A fixed price quoted up front — no surge, no pricing changes if Nairobi traffic misbehaves.

Fixed pricing by zone

Pricing is zoned by destination (Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Karen, CBD, Gigiri, Lavington, Runda, etc.) and vehicle class. Request a quote and you receive a firm number — not a range — before you book. Corporates on monthly accounts see the same zone pricing on their statements.

Meet-and-greet, step by step

Your chauffeur monitors your flight and positions at the airport ahead of touchdown. Once you clear customs at JKIA, walk out to Arrivals — your name will be on a board. We take luggage to the car, confirm the destination, and you are moving within minutes of stepping outside.

Flight tracking and waiting time

Flights change. We include a 60-minute grace period after your scheduled landing time at no charge. If the flight is delayed beyond that, we absorb the first hour and then charge a modest waiting fee. If the flight is diverted or cancelled, we re-dispatch for the replacement itinerary at no additional fee.

Vehicle selection

For a single executive or couple, the Mercedes E-Class is the standard. For a family or small group, the V-Class or Toyota Alphard give everyone room for luggage. For VIP movements or wedding arrivals, the S-Class. For upcountry continuation or delegation groups, Prado or V8.

Popular routes

JKIA to Westlands and JKIA to Upper Hill are the two most-requested routes for corporate travellers. JKIA to Karen is the longest common transfer. JKIA to CBD covers most major hotels. Gigiri pickups are common for UN, embassy, and diplomatic arrivals. Each route has a dedicated page with timing and pricing guidance.

We moved our entire board arrivals programme to Pharrell last quarter. Meet-and-greet at JKIA, clean S-Class, direct to the hotel — no friction.

JKIA to Wilson to Mara, and the reverse a week later — every timing perfect, every hand-off smooth. I never thought about logistics once.

Consistently on time, always presented well, and our EAs love how little they have to chase. The monthly invoice alone saves us a day a month.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust automatically. The first 60 minutes of post-landing waiting time are included at no charge. If a delay exceeds that, a modest per-hour waiting fee applies. Diversions or cancellations trigger a free re-dispatch for the replacement itinerary.
Where exactly do we meet at JKIA?
At the Arrivals exit for your terminal, with a name board. If you prefer airside meet-and-greet or VIP fast-track assistance, we can coordinate that at an additional fee and with advance notice.
Do I pay before or after the ride?
Card, M-Pesa, or bank transfer at the time of booking for standard transfers. Corporate account holders are invoiced monthly on consolidated statements with VAT.
Can the transfer include multiple stops?
Yes. Add stops at the time of booking and we quote accordingly. A common pattern is JKIA → hotel drop-off → onward to the office or meeting venue.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Forward-facing child seats and infant seats are available on request — mention ages when you book so we fit the right seat.
How far in advance should I book?
Twelve hours is comfortable for standard transfers. For VIP movements, multi-vehicle group arrivals, or peak-season Safari onward flights via Wilson, book 48–72 hours ahead so we can assign the right chauffeur and vehicle.
Do you cover Wilson Airport transfers?
Yes. Wilson is the hub for most onward safari flights, and we coordinate JKIA arrivals with Wilson departures so connection timing is respected. We also cover Wilson pickups on return safari legs.
