The JKIA pickup process, step by step
We track your flight and position the vehicle to be at Arrivals ahead of landing. A uniformed chauffeur waits with a name board at your terminal exit. After greetings and luggage handling, we confirm the destination, adjust for any last-minute changes (different hotel, added stop), and you are moving within minutes of stepping outside. Your chauffeur knows which route to take based on the hour and current traffic — no guesswork.
Meet-and-greet by terminal
Terminals 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, and 2 are all covered. We confirm the exact meet-point by message 24 hours before arrival. International arrivals typically come through Terminal 1A–1E depending on airline; Terminal 2 covers low-cost carriers and additional international traffic. If your flight arrives late and is rebalanced to a different terminal, dispatch reroutes the chauffeur automatically.
Fixed prices by destination
Every common Nairobi destination has a zoned fixed price per vehicle class — Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Karen, CBD, Gigiri, Lavington, Runda, Muthaiga, Kileleshwa, Spring Valley. Request a quote and you receive a firm number, not a range. No airport surge, no end-of-trip adjustments. Corporate account holders see the same zone pricing on monthly statements.
Flight tracking and grace period
60 minutes of free post-landing waiting time are included on every JKIA transfer. Flight diversions or cancellations trigger a free re-dispatch for the replacement itinerary — you never pay for delays that are not yours. After the free hour, a modest per-hour waiting fee applies; it is disclosed at booking and almost never needed.
Vehicle options for airport transfers
Mercedes E-Class is the default for a single executive or couple with standard luggage. V-Class and Alphard take three to six passengers with room for bags. S-Class is the flagship for VIP arrivals. Prado and Land Cruiser V8 suit onward upcountry continuations or weather-related needs. Choose at booking; dispatch flags availability before confirming.
VIP fast-track and airside meet
For passengers who require it, we coordinate VIP fast-track assistance airside — through immigration, baggage, and customs — using airport VIP services. Requires advance notice (minimum 48 hours) plus passport details to JKIA protocol. Appropriate for senior government, diplomatic, and C-suite arrivals where time is genuinely at premium.
Popular routes with dedicated pages
JKIA to Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Karen, CBD, and Gigiri each have a dedicated route page covering distance, typical timing by hour of day, pricing notes, and FAQ. If the route you need is not listed, request a custom quote — we cover every Nairobi neighbourhood and the surrounding towns.
