Wedding Car Hire & Convoy Services in Nairobi

A calm chauffeur, a car that photographs beautifully, and arrival on the minute — we've choreographed bridal arrivals from Karen Country Club and Ole Sereni to every chapel in the suburbs. Wedding days move fast, schedules shift by minutes, and the arrival photo is not a thing you get a second chance at. Our wedding service treats the car the way your photographer treats light: as a detail worth getting exactly right.

Wedding packages

Standard packages cover a single bridal car for the day (chauffeur, fuel, decor coordination, six hours). Convoy packages add three to twelve additional vehicles for the wedding party, ushers, and family principals. Extended packages cover the rehearsal dinner and next-day brunch. Each package is confirmed in writing with a detailed timeline before deposit.

Bridal car choices

Mercedes S-Class is the classic bridal sedan — low-slung, chromed, photographs cleanly against white. The Alphard is the preferred MPV for the bride and party travelling together. Land Cruiser V8 for estate and ranch weddings where dirt roads and grandeur both matter. Vintage and specialty vehicles are available through partners for specific aesthetic choices.

Convoy capacity and coordination

Up to twelve vehicles in a single convoy with radio-linked drivers, staged arrival, and coordinated entry to the venue. Photography stops are pre-planned (the bridge, the frangipani avenue, the approach shot). Our lead chauffeur coordinates with the videographer and the venue on arrival choreography.

Hours included and overtime

Standard day packages include six hours of chauffeur time from first pickup to last drop-off. Weddings routinely run long — overtime is charged per hour at a pre-agreed rate disclosed at booking, not a surprise at the end. Most weddings add one to two hours of overtime to the final invoice.

Decor, ribbons, and presentation

We coordinate ribbons, florals, and "Just Married" signage with your florist or planner — or source them ourselves at cost. Cars arrive pre-prepared; last-minute decor additions happen during the getting-ready window. Chauffeurs are in black tie or business formal to match the wedding dress code.

Backup vehicle policy

On every wedding booking, we reserve a backup vehicle for the bridal car at no extra cost. In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, the backup is positioned within thirty minutes. This is standard for every wedding engagement, not an upgrade.

Coverage beyond Nairobi

Nairobi is home, but we regularly run weddings in Naivasha, Nakuru, Maasai Mara (destination weddings), Diani, and upcountry locations. Destination weddings include accommodation arrangements for the chauffeur team and a multi-day itinerary quote.

Trusted for wedding hire.

Ran a 12-car convoy for our wedding across Karen and Ngong. Rehearsed the arrival, decor done right, drivers in suits. Flawless.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?
For peak wedding season (November, December, January, and school holidays), six to eight weeks is comfortable. For off-peak dates, three to four weeks is usually sufficient. Specific vehicles (particularly the S-Class and Alphard) can be scarce in peak months, so earlier is safer.
What deposit do you require?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The remainder is due 48 hours before the wedding date. Corporate account holders are invoiced monthly in the usual way.
Is there a rehearsal-day discount?
Yes. A reduced hourly rate applies for rehearsal-day vehicle use if booked alongside the wedding-day package.
Can you do an outdoor wedding in Naivasha or Diani?
Yes. Destination weddings in Naivasha, Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and Diani are routine. Multi-day itineraries include driver accommodation and fuel; we quote these as a single package.
What is the maximum convoy size?
Twelve vehicles in a single coordinated convoy is our standard ceiling — anything larger is manageable with partner coordination and advance planning.
Do you handle photo-car arrangements?
Yes. For couples who want a dedicated photo car (often a vintage or specialty vehicle), we coordinate through trusted partners. The bridal S-Class remains your main car for the day; the photo car covers the styled shots.
What is your wet-weather backup?
Every wedding package includes a covered pickup and drop-off protocol — umbrellas handled, cars positioned to minimise exposure, decor protected. For outdoor ceremonies affected by rain, we adjust arrival timing in coordination with the planner.
