Terms of Service
Last Updated: 20th December 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Pharrell Executives, a business operating in the Republic of Kenya (“Pharrell Executives”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using Pharrell Executives in any way, you are entering into a formal agreement with us. Even if you do not create an account or sign a separate contract, simply browsing our site or using our services means you accept these rules. This section establishes the legal foundation for how we interact with you, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. If you do not agree with these Terms, the only option is to discontinue use of the Services.
2. Scope of Services
Pharrell Executives provides professional and executive-focused services, which may include consulting, recruitment facilitation, career development support, executive advisory services, business support services, and related professional offerings. Services are provided subject to availability and specific service agreements.
This section clarifies what Pharrell Executives does and what it does not promise. While we provide professional support, guidance, and facilitation, outcomes often depend on external factors such as employer decisions, market conditions, regulatory environments, or individual actions. As a result, we do not guarantee employment placement, promotions, business success, or financial outcomes unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement under Kenyan law to use our Services. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and lawful.
This requirement ensures that only individuals who are legally permitted to enter contracts use our Services. Providing false or misleading information, or using the platform while legally restricted, may result in denial of access or termination. Pharrell Executives reserves the right to protect itself and other users by enforcing these eligibility standards.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Where account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
This section places responsibility for account security on you. If you fail to safeguard your credentials or allow unauthorized access, any resulting activity is considered your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately so appropriate steps can be taken to limit potential harm.
5. Professional Relationship Disclaimer
Use of our Services does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, fiduciary duty, or joint venture between you and Pharrell Executives. All services are provided on an independent professional basis.
Although we may provide guidance, advice, or recommendations, decisions made based on that information remain solely your responsibility. This clause exists to prevent misunderstandings regarding authority, liability, or responsibility, particularly in executive, career, or business-related matters.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, engaging in unlawful activities, providing false or misleading information, interfering with system operations, attempting unauthorized access, or violating intellectual property rights.
These rules exist to maintain a professional, secure, and lawful platform. Any behavior that undermines trust, safety, or compliance may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without prior notice, where permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, materials, systems, and software provided through the Pharrell Executives platform are owned by or licensed to Pharrell Executives and are protected under Kenyan intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. This protection ensures that the company’s brand, resources, and intellectual investments are not misused or diluted.
8. User-Submitted Content
By submitting documents, information, or materials to Pharrell Executives, you confirm that you own such content or have the legal right to submit it. You grant Pharrell Executives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the content solely for service delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
This section ensures that your materials remain yours while allowing us to use them appropriately to provide the requested Services. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary documents or confidential information beyond what is necessary to perform our professional obligations.
9. Fees and Payments
Where Services require payment, all applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation. Payments must be made through approved payment methods and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
This clause ensures transparency around pricing and billing. Once payment is made, services are considered reserved or initiated, and refunds are generally not available. This protects the integrity and sustainability of professional service delivery.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law. Pharrell Executives makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
This section limits unrealistic expectations. While we strive to deliver professional and reliable services, no platform or advisory service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes. This clause protects the company from liability arising from factors beyond its reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharrell Executives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, opportunities, data, or reputation.
In any event, total liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. This limitation ensures that liability remains proportionate and commercially reasonable.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharrell Executives, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
This provision places responsibility on users to act lawfully and responsibly. If your actions cause harm or legal exposure to the company, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.
This clause provides certainty on which laws apply and where disputes will be handled, avoiding confusion or conflicting legal interpretations.
