Chauffeur services

Professional Chauffeur Services in Nairobi

A great chauffeur is invisible when you need focus and unmistakable when you need presence. Our Nairobi chauffeurs are trained to both — vetted, uniformed, discreet, and at home in city traffic, airport runs, event arrivals, and upcountry transfers. Corporates, embassies, and private clients hire our chauffeurs because the job is done before anyone has to ask.

What chauffeur-driven actually means

Not a taxi. Not a ride-hail. A chauffeur is a professional whose job is to make your day smoother — vehicle positioned ten minutes early, door held without prompting, luggage handled, route pre-planned, conversation off unless invited. Our chauffeurs own their schedules end-to-end and report to a dispatcher, not an app.

Driver vetting and training

Every chauffeur passes a background check, holds a clean NTSA record and valid PSV license where required, and has completed defensive-driving certification. Ongoing training covers first aid, etiquette, confidentiality, route knowledge, and VIP protocols. Uniform standard is business-formal; grooming and vehicle presentation are audited on dispatch.

Hourly, daily, and multi-day packages

Hourly hire runs in three-hour minimum blocks — ideal for meetings, site visits, and short events. Daily hire is ten hours. Multi-day bookings keep the same chauffeur on your itinerary end-to-end, with fuel and driver upkeep arrangements folded into the quote. Weekend and public-holiday rates are stated up front.

Vehicle choices for chauffeur hire

Mercedes E-Class for standard executive duty. S-Class for flagship and VIP. V-Class and Alphard for groups of three to six. Prado and Land Cruiser V8 for upcountry, light safari, and high-clearance routes. Your dispatcher matches vehicle to use case before confirming — no guesswork on your end.

Use cases we run daily

Board meetings, executive airport transfers, embassy visits, hotel VIP runs, wedding cortèges, film and production crew transport, event chauffeuring, and long-term corporate placements. If the passenger matters more than the ride, we have built for that pattern.

Discretion and confidentiality

No branded decals on our vehicles. No social media content about passengers. NDAs available and signed on request. Diplomatic movements, high-profile arrivals, and board-level travel are handled under confidentiality as a default term of engagement — not as an upgrade.

Coverage

Nairobi is home — Westlands, Kilimani, Upper Hill, Karen, Gigiri, Lavington, Runda, Muthaiga, Kileleshwa, CBD, and everywhere in between. Outside the city, we run chauffeured transfers to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Naivasha, Diani, and Maasai Mara with the right vehicle for each leg.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a taxi or ride-hail?
A taxi transports; a chauffeur represents. Different training, different vehicle standards, different accountability. Expect punctual positioning, uniformed presentation, and a professional who answers to a dispatcher — not an algorithm.
What is the minimum booking?
Hourly chauffeured hire is booked in three-hour blocks — the minimum covers dispatch, positioning, and standby. For single-leg pickups, a point-to-point transfer is the simpler product.
Is the same chauffeur available for multi-day bookings?
Yes. We assign one chauffeur per booking and keep them on your itinerary end-to-end. For long-term contracts, you work with a primary chauffeur plus a vetted backup for leave cover.
Do chauffeurs sign NDAs?
For clients who require it — yes. Diplomatic and C-suite clients routinely request NDAs, and every chauffeur has confidentiality as a core term of engagement regardless of whether a separate NDA is signed.
Is tipping expected?
No. Tipping is not expected or solicited. If you want to tip after a particularly long or complex day, the chauffeur will accept it gracefully — but nothing in our pricing or service assumes it.
What languages do chauffeurs speak?
English and Swahili by default. French, Arabic, and Mandarin-speaking chauffeurs are available on request with 24–48 hours of lead time for diplomatic and international client work.
Can the chauffeur drive my own car?
Yes — that's our private driver service. If you'd rather keep your vehicle and hire only the driver, it's a separate product with its own pricing.
