Concierge-to-dispatch coordination
Most hotel transfer friction is operational: guest lands, but the front desk does not know when the car arrived. We close that loop. Automated status updates go to the booking concierge — "chauffeur en route", "guest in car", "approaching hotel", "arrived" — so your front desk greets at the right moment without hovering.
Vehicle selection for guest profile
Solo business guest with a single bag: Mercedes E-Class. Couple or small group: V-Class or Alphard. VIP or suite-guest pickup: S-Class. Family arriving with children: V-Class with child seats confirmed at booking. We brief our dispatcher on each hotel's guest profile so vehicle selection happens correctly by default.
Inter-hotel and excursion transfers
Beyond the airport, we run Nairobi inter-hotel transfers (guest moving between properties), transfer to meeting venues, safari-day pickups coordinated with safari operators, and excursion logistics (Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, David Sheldrick elephant orphanage, Nairobi National Park, Bomas of Kenya). All coordinated via concierge.
Luggage handling and special requests
Oversized luggage, golf bags, musical instruments, and specialty items (diplomatic cases, cruise luggage) are common in hotel transfers. Mention at booking and we assign the right vehicle. Child seats — infant, forward-facing, or booster — are available on request with 24 hours of notice.

Suite guests and VIPs get upgraded service as a default — S-Class or V-Class, uniformed chauffeur, enhanced discretion, NDA-signed driver for high-profile arrivals. VIP airside meet-and-greet at JKIA can be arranged with advance notice and passport coordination.
