Weekly rates apply for 7–29 day engagements. Monthly rates kick in from 30 days and drop the effective daily cost substantially. Project rates (3+ months) include additional flexibility on vehicle swaps, driver leave cover, and mileage. All rates are fixed at contract signing — no quiet upgrades on renewal.
Mercedes E-Class is the standard long-term executive vehicle. Prado is most common for project teams and expat household hire. V-Class for group transport on long assignments. S-Class and V8 are available on long-term with a small premium. Specific vehicles are held for the term of the contract — you get the same car end-to-end.
One primary chauffeur assigned for the duration of the contract. You learn each other; they learn your routines, preferred routes, common drop-offs, and small preferences. A vetted backup chauffeur is briefed on your account for leave and rest cover so you never see a service gap.
If your assigned vehicle needs servicing, you get a like-for-like replacement (or an upgrade at no charge) for the duration. Servicing is scheduled outside your use hours wherever possible — weekends or after-hours — so you never notice.
Long-term hire runs on the same corporate account structure as our other services — consolidated monthly VAT invoices, cost-centre tagging, rider-level detail, dedicated dispatcher. Individual long-term hire (non-corporate) is billed monthly by card, M-Pesa, or bank transfer.
Standard monthly packages include a generous daily mileage allowance that covers executive commuting and routine meetings. Overage is billed per kilometre at the rate disclosed in the contract. Fuel is included in the package — no reconciliation or receipts to track on your end.
