Standards we run to
Chauffeurs are background-vetted to a higher bar than general executive staff — references, previous employer verification, clean criminal record, and willingness to sign mission-specific NDAs. Vehicles are pulled from a specific sub-fleet kept in flagship condition. Dispatch tracks diplomatic movements with higher confidentiality than standard account traffic.
Discretion and confidentiality
NDAs are signed at account or mission level. Driver briefings are kept minimal: pickup, drop-off, schedule, protocol notes. Passenger identity is not disclosed to drivers not directly involved in a movement. Social media discussion of diplomatic engagements is prohibited under contract, not policy.
Protocol and security coordination
We coordinate with embassy security officers, high-commission protocol staff, UN security, and private close-protection details. Pre-movement sync calls cover route, handoff points, communication plans, and contingency procedures. Our chauffeurs defer to protection leads on security matters while owning driving and logistics.
Vehicle and fleet standards
The default diplomatic vehicle is a Mercedes S-Class or Land Cruiser V8. Both are kept in flagship presentation, tinted appropriately, and serviced on a tighter schedule than the general fleet. Armoured vehicles are available through partners — request at account setup or at booking with 72–96 hours of lead time.
UN, embassy, and high-commission work
Gigiri-based UN agencies and the Nairobi embassy circuit are a significant portion of our diplomatic traffic. We know the gate protocols at the UN complex, the main embassy compounds, and the residence addresses of senior diplomatic staff. Pickup and drop-off sequencing respects protocol requirements.
Visiting delegation coordination
Inbound state visits, delegation arrivals, and diplomatic conferences are handled end-to-end — airport meet (with VIP fast-track where appropriate), convoy staging, hotel-to-venue coordination, and departure logistics. Multi-day visits are run to a written movement plan shared with the lead officer.
Confidentiality and reporting
Monthly reporting is available but stripped of identifying passenger information — routes, times, vehicles, costs, but not names. Invoicing follows the same pattern. For accounts that require additional confidentiality, specific reporting formats can be agreed at onboarding.
